Wednesday Jul 23, 2008
Wednesday Jul 23, 2008
Mike Mearls conducted a 2 hour workshop on how to tweak 4th edition D&D to fit your liking as well as discussing some possible game-breaking issues. This recording is missing the last 30 minutes of the seminar, but you get a pretty good idea of what was covered.
If you want to ask more questions hop onto the forums on the Tome's website.
The promo played is for Pulp Gamer's Accent your Character CDs, which are some of the prizes you can win with the Tome's Summer 2008 Contest.

The Tome Ep 71: Chambers at Origins
Saturday Jul 12, 2008
Saturday Jul 12, 2008
Jaime Chambers is a VP at Margret Weis Productions. He sat down with myself and JJ "The Workingman" Lanza of Fist Full of Comics and Games and spoke to us about what is coming down the line for his company. This interview has two different versions, the one you get here is more focused on D&D related topics, while Fist Full of Comics and Games is releasing a version that focuses more on the Cortex games (Serenity, Battlestar Galactica, etc.) that they produce. So be sure to head over and check out the rest of the discussion.

The Tome Ep 70: Game Night
Wednesday Jul 09, 2008
Wednesday Jul 09, 2008
Game Night is a comedy gaming novel. Not technically a D&D novel, but the inspiration is there and so it was that Gabe Gregoire and myself give you our two cents on it.
Don't forget to check out the Tome's Summer 2008 Contest page at the website and if you want to let me know where to go with the Origins content head over to the forums.

Wednesday Jul 02, 2008
That's right. Just to give you a sneak peek to what I did at Origins here's me rambling on about various things along my trip to the convention interspersed with footage of the people I met and talked to along the way. Don't expect video to become a regular occurrence, but for special events like this, I don't mind putting something together. Hope you enjoy!
